Carrier Compliance HQ sends transactional/account-related SMS only to customers who separately opt in. Messages may include account updates, filing status, document requests, renewal reminders, compliance deadline reminders, and support follow-ups. SMS consent is optional, not a condition of purchase, and separate from account creation, purchase, form submission, Terms acceptance, Privacy acknowledgment, email consent, and all other consents. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carrier Compliance HQ is a private company and is not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency.
2. How to Opt In
You are added to our SMS program only when you check a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox and provide your mobile number. Providing a phone number, creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting a form, accepting our Terms of Service, agreeing to our Privacy Policy, or consenting to email communications does not enroll you in SMS. We do not use SMS for cold outreach or marketing.
3. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS from us. You may also opt out by emailing hello@carriercompliancehq.com.
